Building Design
We work closely with fabricators and contractors at the tendering and procurement stage of the project cycle. We share the pursuit of increasing material efficiency and programme acceleration.
We've developed bespoke workflows and can accurately model our projects in 3, 4 and 4.5D BIM construction sequences. This includes falsework / formwork and back propping within construction stages. We do this via our expert knowledge and use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Advanced Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software.
BAMTEC Design
Extending our design service to refined reinforcement design, BAMTEC yields both material and time savings through our design approach combined with an offsite robotic manufacturing DfMA principle. We have completed over three hundred projects with this value engineered solution bringing project winning savings to our Clients.
BIM Modelling
We provide BIM modelling services using SOFiSTiK FEA and Autodesk's suite of products. Whether its a 4D BIM frame build capturing the Contractors construction sequence for further analysis and design, or striking visualisation that is required, we have the expertise and tools necessary to deliver.

BIM RC Detailing
Continuing our services within the BIM environment, we provide a competitive 3D reinforced concrete detailing service for Engineers, Manufacturers and Contractors.

We model and detail all our projects in 3D with 2D deliverables comprising drawings and schedules, including prefabricated carpet reinforcement.
